The event consists of 3 rounds:

• Online abstract submission
• Paper presentation
• Model presentation.

The 1st round consists of online abstract submission. The abstract should not be of more than 250 words. The abstract should clearly state the material used and the dimensions. It should also include a brief description of the devices used (if any) and the procedure used to obtain the result. 

The format of the abstract is as follows:

• It should be a single pdf document.
• Photographs/ graphs/ tables are allowed within the pdf document.
• The full plan/idea should be presented in the abstract.

Selection to the next round will be decided by the judges on parameters such as efficiency, cost, feasibility, durability. 

The selected entries will be notified and called for a detailed paper presentation. The duration of the paper presentation should not exceed 10 mins. Marks will be deducted for the teams who exceed the time limit.  

• The final paper should be in the IEEE double column format.
• There should not be any deviation from the idea as mentioned in the abstract. Any change in the procedure or idea will result in deduction of marks or cancellation of the submission.

The final round is a model round, where the teams selected for the second round have to display their models. The model should be of the same material which the team has mentioned in their paper presentation.

All the models should be within the dimensions of 15  x 12 x 10 inches.

Selection to the next round will be decided by the judges on parameters such as efficiency, cost, feasibility, durability.

Decision made by the judges will be final.
