Solving the Rubik's Cube, a cube consisting of six faces covered by nine stickers with each of the stickers one of six solid colours where each face can be turned independently, has defeated many a man. For the puzzle to be solved, each face must be returned to consisting of one colour only, no easy task considering there are over 43 quintillion permutations! However, there is a method to the madness and you could be the one to show it. This is your chance to crack the code. Unleash your inner prodigy and see if you can challenge the current world record of 5.66 seconds! It is the survival of the sharpest in this battle of the brains and the fastest person to solve the Cube on the spot will walk away a winner.
Rules-
Round 1:
1. One needs to solve one face of the cube within 60 SECONDS.
2. If a person finishes the task before the stipulated time, he/she would have an advantage in the 2nd round as follows
For each second saved in the 1st round additional 5 seconds in the 2nd round will be awarded.
Round 2:
1. One needs to solve the entire cube in 3 MINUTES.
2. Additional time gained from the 1st round will be awarded as BONUS TIME in this round and will not be considered while the player's timing is being calculated.
3. The person with the best timing wins.
Each round will be held in batches of 5 participants each.
