    "Not all treasure's silver and gold, mate!"

    Business is one of the most profitable but still unexplored occupations in the country. People preferring white collar jobs may just have that hidden entrepreneur in them which they may never have looked into!Unearth your talent as a salesman. Race around campus in a competition that will test your brains, business acumen and agility. Rediscover your passion for bargaining as you sell whacky products to customers for the highest price.

    General rules:
    Each team comprises 3 members.
    Students from different institutes can form a team.
    Event specifications:
    Round 1:

  • The event will start with a quiz on market products, advertising competence and business logic. Teams will be shortlisted for the next round based on their performance here.

  • Round 2:
    Shortlisted teams take part in a run to grab the products to be sold later in the game.
    Clues point to the location of these items that remain planted within a specified part of the campus marked as 'dot spots'
    Dot spots are color-coded by:
    1. Red: They will be 8 in number giving direct and simple clues guiding the teams to their products.
    2. Green: They will be 12 in number and teams will have to solve a logic based question and provide the right answer to get their product.
    3. Blue: They will be 20 in number and teams will have to solve two logic based questions to get their product.

    One team can collect a maximum of 6 products. And one blue spot item is mandatory.
    All products will have a maximum price at which they can be sold marked on them.
    The products marked:
    1. Red: These will have the least maximum price.
    2. Green: These will have an intermediate maximum price.
    3. Blue: These will have the greatest maximum price.

    The campus will be marked by indicators providing hints to the location of hotspots.
    The time limit for the teams to collect their products is 40 minutes.
    Clues once exhausted cannot be retracted again.
    Round 3:
    The teams will then attempt to sell their products to a group of buyers inside the arena.
    Each transaction will take place at transaction desks provided for this purpose where after every sale, money will be transferred from the buyer's account to the seller's account.
    The teams will have a total time of 20 minutes to sell their products and the team with maximum amount of money in its account will be declared the winner.
