    Abhivyakti, the technical paper presentation competition, provides the obligatory platform for ideas that are achievable, original and beneficial in today's methodical and industrial world.
    Winners of Abhivyakti will be IEEE certified.
    So what's your idea?

    General:The domain of papers presented in Abhivyakti is not limited to any specific-field of science and technology. In order to cover all the aspects of innovation, Abhivyakti is sub divided into three modules
    Module I:This module is dedicated to the broad field of circuit branches namely Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science and Information Technology.
    Module II:This module is dedicated to the core branches in the field of engineering namely Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Metallurgy and Material Sciences.
    Module III:This module is dedicated to Life Sciences, Bio technology and Physics.
    Maximum Team Size: 3
    Prelims:

  • The preliminary round consists of abstract paper submission.
  • The abstract is to be submitted online on submissions@ccanitd.in
  • The official language of Paper submission is English.
  • The word limit of the abstract is 300 words. The abstract is to be submitted in double column IEEE format for all the modules.
  • Finals:
  • The entries selected after the preliminary round will compete in their respective modules in the final round.
  • The Final round will take place at NIT Durgapur.
  • The participants are required to come to NIT Durgapur during Aarohan 2012 in order to give a power point presentation of their ideas in front of a panel of judges.
  • The time for the paper presentation will be 10 minutes followed by a 2 minutes question answer round.
  • The judgment of the preliminary round is based on the originality of the idea. The judgment also depends on the clarity of the text, word limit and flow of text.

  • The judgment of the final round depends upon the presentation given by the team.

  • The participants are also advised to adhere to the time limit during the course of the presentation.

  • The judgment of the both the rounds are final and binding.
